Annual Paid Holiday Increase! Get Packing!
What great news for workers that the minimum hourly wage has been increased as of October 1st. Even better news is that the annual paid holiday entitlement has risen from 20 to 24 days for full time workers, with a further increase to 28 days due by 2009! Yippee!
A lot of you are no doubt busy planning your skiiing/boarding trips for the upcoming ski season, so think of all the extra turns you’ll be able to get in! Maybe even a second ski trip or a sunshine escape from the dreary British winter weather! Wow!
