Ryanair Priority Boarding Charges Update

Passengers flying with Ryanair have had the option to pay a fee of four pounds at the airport check in if they wished to purchase priority boarding privileges. Passengers doing their check-in online received the service free.

From June 3 all passengers will be required to pay four pounds for priority boarding. Apparently the free service was only a temporary plan to entice passengers to check-in online.

There are currently eighty seats allocated for priority boarding (which is about 40% of available seats) on each flight and these have been selling out on many flights.

From June 3 they will also be introducing a new online facility for name changes which are made up to 24 hours prior to departure. This was previously only done via their call centre. Ryanair website www.ryanair.com.

We are happy to announce that there are no price increases for the good value we offer our customers for their travel insurance!
