Tall Ships Scheduled for Funchal 500 at Falmouth, September 2008

The 2008 Tall Ships race is currently underway - the ships having left Liverpool docks for Norway yesterday.  More majestic Tall Ships will be visiting our shores again from September 10-13 as they gather at Falmouth for the Funchal 500 Tall Ships Regatta.  The ships are scheduled to stop in Portugal from 20-23 September before setting sail for Funchal, Madeira, for a Maritime Festival and celebration from October 2-5.
