More Travel Chaos as French Rail Workers Walk Out Tomorrow
The French pilots’ strike is due to end at midnight tonight but, spreading like an annoying common cold, the bug has spread to transport workers. French train drivers plan to walk-out tomorrow in protest over changes to their work hours. A further strike by train drivers is expected to take place starting on the evening of November 23.
Eurostar services should not be affected (thankfully) according to a Eurostar spokesperson.
Visitors to France should keep an eye on news updates, check whether their service will be affected, and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
