Complaint Letter to Virgin a Lot of Argy-Bhaji?

They say the squeaky wheel gets the oil, but you don’t expect it on your plate… 

Well, the author of a complaint letter to Sir Richard Branson is now a global internet celebrity.  His civilised and funny six-page rant about an Indian meal served to him on a Virgin flight from Mumbai to London last month is flying around the world. 

Sir Richard has apparently personally telephoned the author, advertising executive Oliver Beale, to apologise and extend an invitation to provide his choice for a selection of food and wine on future Virgin flights.
