Inter Milan vs Chelsea FC – Wed 24 February 2010

Chelsea FC travels to Italy for a UEFA Champions League football match against Inter Milan on Wednesday 24 February 2010. 

The venue for the meet up with FC Internazionale Milan is the Stadio Giuseppe Meassa in San Siro, Milan (more commonly known as ‘San Siro’) about 5 km from Milan city centre.

For those who may no have heard one, here’s a good example of a British football anthem, sung by Chelsea ‘Blues’ fans: 

Travellers planning to visit Milan – but not for the football – may wish to organise their itinerary to avoid the match date, as the city is likely to be very busy and accommodation scarce.

Public transportation via underground (metro) or tram is available to take fans to the stadium.  Don’t forget to have tickets franked in the machine when boarding public transport.
