If at the time of taking out the insurance or booking a Trip You or any person upon whose health Your travel plans depend:
- have received hospital inpatient treatment during the 12 months prior to the validation of this Policy.
- have suffered any medical condition in the last 12 months, which requires on going medication or has caused referral to a specialist.
- have ever suffered from, had diagnosed, or been treated for: a) a malignant disease (e.g cancer) b) a lung or heart related condition

this insurance will exclude any claims arising directly or indirectly as a result of the condition, unless this has been declared to and
accepted by our Medical Screening Company.
Failure to advise the Medical Screening Company of a pre-existing condition will result in claims for those undisclosed conditions
not being paid. You can contact the Medical Screening Company on 0845 250 5374
The trained operators will ask You a few simple questions about Your intended Trip and the medical condition. You will be advised as to
whether Your Pre-Existing Medical Condition can be covered, whether there will be an additional premium to pay or whether there are any
changes to be made to the Policy terms and conditions.
If cover can be provided, You will be given an acceptance code and a letter will be sent to You upon receipt of payment, detailing the extension
of cover where applicable. Please read this letter carefully and keep it with Your Policy Schedule as it confirms the terms of cover.
Please also pay particular attention to the section entitled Conditions Applicable to All Sections of This Insurance and General Exclusions
Applicable to All Sections of this insurance, details of which can be found later on in this Policy Schedule.
