Terrorism Cover

In response to customer's requests, as from 1st April 2007 a number of terrorism related risks are now included in all Travel Insurance Direct policies.

Provided terrorism (or war, invasion, civil unrest, etc.) was not taking place at the beginning of the trip and the claim is not caused by nuclear, chemical, or biological attack, related cover would apply to the following sections of the insurance:

• Medical Expenses and Repatriation
• Hospitalisation Benefit
• Hijack
• Personal Accident
