Skiing South America

South America is a place that holds many natural wonders, and plenty of interesting locations to keep any visitor happy. 

Skiing can be found in South America, in the Andes Mountains of both Argentina and Chile and in the Patagonian region.   It is known among avid skiers in the northern hemisphere as a summer skiing destination which offers plenty of adventure and challenging skiing.  It also has plenty of skiing for beginners and intermediate skiers.  You will be able to find as much excitement as you wish for, whether it be Alpine, Boarding or Nordic, back country skiing, heli skiing/boarding, snowboard tours, snowshoeing, dog sledding – the opportunities for adventure are endless. 

From the Iguazu Falls in the north to the glaciers of Southern Patagonia and Ushuaia at the ‘bottom of the world’ there is plenty to see.   Outdoor enthusiasts love South America for all the activities it has to offer.
