Victoria is a state of Australia, located in the SE corner. It
is the smallest of the states and yet the most urban and second
most densely populated area after New South Wales. Victoria has
it all – sandy beaches, rivers, rainforests, bushland,
snow-covered mountains and a spectacular coastline. You
will find some great skiing in the high country of Victoria. The
capital and largest city is Melbourne and approx. seventy percent
of Victorians live there.
There is also good cross country skiing to be found at Mt. St.
Gwinear, Mt. Stirling and Lake Mountain.
