Aberdeen Airport is a fast expanding airport which does particularly out of the oil industry. Not only are there regular helicopter services to the North Sea oil rigs and platforms but also to other airports serving the oil industry in the UK and abroad.

Also known as Dyce, Aberdeen services over 30 destinations throughout the UK and Europe with around 85,000 flights arriving and departing each year.

This is just five minutes from the terminal building with free transfers available on request.

Directions: From the A96 at Craibstone Roundabout, follow signs for Aberdeen Airport/Dyce Drive. Take exit for Aberdeen airport and continue through the first set of traffic lights, at the second set turn right into Argyll road. At the next roundabout, take the first left following signs for Long Stay car park, which is 270m (295 yards) along on the left hand side.

Aberdeen Airpark is suitable for both long and short stays and is in easy reach of the airport. Transfers are free and available on request, taking about 5 minutes. It operates from 4am until the last flight

Directions:

• From the North:

  • Follow the A96 to the airport roundabout, clearly signposted for the airport.
  • Turn left at the roundabout and go straight on through four separate sets of traffic lights.
  • After the fourth set of traffic lights, continue for 50 yards and then turn left onto the road signposted Cairn Industrial Park.
  • Drive straight up this road for 0.5 miles, then bear left at the top in front of two houses.
  • Continue for a further 100 yards, turn right and Aberdeen Airpark is on the left.

  From the South:

  • Follow the main road through Aberdeen and Bucksburn and to the first main roundabout after leaving the city which is clearly signposted for the airport.
  • Turn right at the roundabout and then follow the directions as above.

  From A947 Banaff/Oldmedrum:

  • Before reaching Dyce but after passing below the new cycle track bridge, drive over the river Don to just past the 'Welcome to the City of Aberdeen' sign and turn right.
  • Follow the road for 1 mile passing a caravan park on your left.
  • Carry on over the bridge past signposts for Kinaldie and Overton.
  • Just before the lights, turn right - marked Cairn Industrial park.
  • Drive straight up this road for 0.5 miles, then bear left at the top in front of two houses.
  • Continue for a further 100 yards, turn right and Aberdeen Airpark is in front of you on the left.
