About Norwich International Airport
Norwich Airport has long been associated with serving the oil and gas industry with regular helicopter transfers to the North Sea Oil Rigs. It also has a long history with flight to Amsterdam. It has however recently been handed a bonus with the low cost airline FlyBe adding it as one of its regional centres of operation. Like so many airports, Norwich was built in the late 1930s and as RAF Horsham St Faiths saw the US Air Force use it as one of the many East Anglian bases. Today, its growth means that it has become an important point of departure for holidaymaker's from the whole of East Anglia.

How to Get There
Norwich Airport is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the city off the A140. The main car park is literally just a few steps from the terminal building. A regular bus service operates between the terminal and city centre with connections to the main railway station serving London and the Midlands.

Refreshments and Shopping
Although a small compact airport you will still find refreshments, a bar and shopping at Norwich. This includes a popular duty free shop available to international passengers.
