Business Facilities

Stansted has Servisair Executive Lounge facilities for hire, as well as a suite of meeting rooms available which are located close to the main terminal building with rooms for up to 20 delegates. Alternatively, a short drive from the main terminal is the United Business Centre (UBC) at Endeavour House and a courtesy car is available if required. UBC has meeting rooms for from 2 to 30 delegates, including Broadband and all the usual facilities which are open M-F from 8am to 6pm . The nearby Hilton London Stansted Airport hotel has conference facilities for larger groups of up to 300 as well as smaller rooms. The Radisson SAS Hotel London Stansted Airport is just a two minute walk from the main terminal and has 26 meeting rooms for anything up to 400 delegates.

Stansted Airport has computers for internet use via fixed terminals in several locations: At Check-in Zone A prior to security, or after security in the main departure lounge near Pret a Manger and inside Est bar close to Gates 1-19, by WH Smith or the UK departure lounge (Gates 84-88). Payment is made online via credit card or by using pound or euro coins. Wireless internet access (Broadband) is also available at multiple locations throughout the airport for those who have laptops or handheld computers.

Airport Car Parks

Spaces at the airport car parks for short, long, or weekend stays can be pre-booked. The car parks are clearly sign-posted with prices clearly displayed and regular security patrols. They offer frequent coaches to transfer passengers from the car parks – and 30 additional minutes travel time should be allowed for the long stay park.

Other parking facilities at Stansted include: Stansted Eparking Mid Stay, which is the closest on-site short stay park; Stansted Gateway parking which offers good value; Stansted Park and Fly for a meet and greet service; Stansted Pink Elephant, which is the closest long-term on site car park.

Airport Lounges

If you would like some peace and quiet and comfort for up to three hours prior to your flight, Servisair Executive Lounge facilities can be pre-booked for a charge. Available for passengers flying from Gates 1-19 only. The charge includes complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks and snacks, reading materials and television. The Servisair Airside lounges are located after security, have runway views, and are only available to passengers who hold a valid boarding card. The lounges are open from 6am to 8:40pm and have a dress code of smart/casual. Only children over age 12 are permitted. Payphones and fax facilities (credit card) are available.

The airport Landside lounges are located before security and are available for use by all customers whether or not they are flying.

Hilton London Stansted Airport Hotel ****

This hotel is located within the perimeter of Stansted airport. The hotel has 239 en suite bedrooms with internet and playstation facilities, and some suites with separate living and working areas. It offers ample parking and is next to the long stay car park. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, health club with gym, swimming pool, etc. It also has 16 meeting rooms.

Radisson SAS Hotel London Stansted Airport ****

This hotel is just a 2 minute walk via covered walkway from the airport. It has 500 bedrooms in three styles, 26 meeting rooms, four restaurants, health and fitness club, spa and treatment rooms. All rooms have wireless internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, LCD TV. The Business Class and suites have views of the airport runways.

Saracen’s Head Hotel, Great Dunmow ***

Located just five miles from Stansted Airport , this historic hotel is an old coaching inn and an excellent choice for a tourist hotel. It has 19 rooms with en suite bath, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, colour TV, etc. The hotel also has three conference and banquet rooms, restaurant and bar and 24 hour room service.
